Susan McAllister

Susan McAllister joined Master’s College in September of 1999 and has served as a teacher, Vice-Principal and now Principal. She earned her Bachelor of Education from the University of Lethbridge in 1989 and then taught in Fort McMurray and Rocky Mountain House. Following a move to Calgary, she graduated with a Masters of Education Degree from the University of Calgary in 1999. That fall she joined the staff of Master's College teaching in her passion area: senior high mathematics. She enjoys being a leader of overseas Global Impact teams and being a Guidance Counsellor to junior and senior high students. Susan is a passionate visionary leader who is deeply committed to the need for high school redesign, as initiated by Alberta Education, as well as advancing Master’s mission of developing graduates who have become Imaginal Leaders, the seers, learners and creators of the future.
