Susan McAllister

College Principal

Susan McAllister joined Master’s College in September of 1999 and has served and mentored staff and students as a teacher, Vice-Principal and now Principal. After earning her Bachelor of Education from the University of Lethbridge in 1989 and teaching experience in both public and private schools, Susan graduated with a Masters of Education Degree from the University of Calgary in 1999. Susan is a passionate visionary leader who is deeply committed to advancing Master’s mission of developing graduates who have become Imaginal Leaders—the seers, learners and creators of the future. Through their years in junior and senior high, she prioritizes students' academic success and supports opportunities for them to discover their strengths and develop their interests.
